DAMSELFLY combines the talents of mother and daughter Wanda Degen and Taia Degen-Repas. Wanda is an established, award-winning folksinger with over 20 years of performing and teaching experience. She is an artist with the national Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts and with the Michigan Arts & Humanities Touring Directory. Taia toured for two years with the highly successful Irish Rock style band THE LASH. She is known as a spirited, energetic performer. Wanda and Taia can be heard together on the well-received, all-instrumental CD, The Valley of Abundance. Wanda has other recordings available, some specially geared to families with young children.
